This article aims to investigate the forms of organizational knowledge construction to generate innovation in micro and small business of fashion segment at Goiania, Pontalina and Taquaral de Goias - GO, observing the process of knowledge creation obtained with professional qualification, capacity building and training and, by the way, other mechanisms used to build the informal knowledge. It looks for identify the existence of stimulation, enhancement and implementation of innovative idea. This was a descriptive exploratory research, applied nature, quantitative approach, because it observes numerical and qualitative aspects for collected information through individual interviews. The data collect was done with 45 companies, applying in-depth interviews and were treated using the Survey Win4.0 and Excell software obtained as a result, how the companies surveyed appropriating knowledge for innovation, through formal and informal means.
