Simultaneous determination of cinobufagin and its five metabolites in rat plasma by LC-MS/MS for characterization of metabolic profiles and pharmacokinetic study

Cinobufagin, an ingredient ofVenenum Bufonishas various pharmacological activities and toxicities. In this study we simultaneously determine cinobufagin (quantification) and its five main metabolites (semi-quantification) in rat plasma.
