Density gradient separation of lymphocytes, eosinophils, and microfilariae from blood of dogs infected with Dirofilaria immitis.

A density gradient method for separating peripheral blood lymphocytes from microfilaria is described. Eosinophil-rich fractions were also obtained, using this technique.
