Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is one of the conditions that affects married and unmarried women and causes problems in childbirth. A part of extracellular matrix in the ovary is the glycoprotein known as CYP1A1 gene. Twenty blood specimens were collected from female with PCOS suffering from toxoplasmosis. .In addition to 20 blood samplesfor women infected with Toxoplasmosis as diseasecontrol group, the results of investigation were compared with those of the same number of blood samples from age-matched apparently healthy women as a control group. Whole blood specimens were used to carry out a (PCR), while ELISA used to measure AntiToxoplasma IgG antibody levels in the sera of the above studied groups. The results showed that there was no significant variation between patients different age groupsin comparison withboth control groups (P>0.05), also there was no significant difference between rural and urban patients (P>0.05).Additionally, no significant differences were between single women 11(55%), and married 9(45%) compared to Toxoplasma control 10(50%) and healthy control 10(50%) respectively (P>0.05). The findings showed that there was highly mutation in CYP1A1 gene of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) with toxoplasmosis that were 10(50%) out of 20 (100%) of cases, but there was no significant difference among age group, residency, marital status and mutation with Toxoplasma infection and PCOS cases (P>0.05). Clonal detection of T. gondii by PCR technique identified 10(50%) cases of type II and 10(50%) cases of type I for all categories in the study, twenty were taken to complete the reaction phase within the thermal polymer and were deported in to the reaction solution electrically (2.5%) agarose gel with the use the volumetric guide DNA ladder (M) 100 bp size. In 8 PCOS patients, an experiential evaluation was seen at G to A conversion in nucleotide 6325. This synonymous substitution (SNP G6325A) took place in the 5 th positions of prolong codonleading to change the codon TGC to TAC.
