Restabelecimento de Serviço: uma Revisão Crítica Quanto a Aplicação em Sistemas de Distribuição Brasileiros

This paper aims to present a critical literature review related to the topic of Service Restoration, evaluating the application of the proposed methodology in Brazilian Distribution Systems. In this work, is emphasized the relevance of the subject, the Service Restoration Problem is described and the critical aspects are presented according to the following topics: network automation level, operation times, protection systems, distributed generation penetration, and test systems. In the end, some suggestions for future works are granted. Resumo: Este trabalho apresenta uma revisão crítica da literatura referente ao tema de restabelecimento de serviço, analisando a aplicabilidade das metodologias propostas em sistemas de distribuição brasileiros. O artigo destaca a relevância do tema, descreve o problema de reestabelecimento e apresenta a crítica com base nos seguintes tópicos: nível de automação da rede, tempos de atuação e reparo, sistemas de proteção, inserção de geração distribuída e sistemas teste. Por fim, são apresentadas algumas sugestões para trabalhos futuros.
