Zero-collision program in traffic has become an important target for many metropolises and regions. Among the wide range of traffic accidents reasons the human factor plays one of the most significant roles. Monitoring, analysis and control of driver's behavior is the way to drastically improve the traffic safety. The driver's biological responses and parameters control combined with the modern driving assistance technologies provides a great opportunity to decrease human error. This paper proposes a system, which is based on EEG (electroencephalogram) recording and predicts emotion fluctuations which can cause the dramatic decision making.
