Disease-drug pairs revealed by computational genomic connectivity mapping on GBA1 deficient, Gaucher disease mice

Highlights ► Query signatures were generated by microarray profiling and pathway analysis in GD1 mice. ► CMAP analysis using these signatures as query yielded mimics and anti-mimics for GD1. ► Two anti-helminths, which are particularly relevant in GD1, were identified using this approach.
