Hybrid human-robot rescue teams consist of humans and robots have broad application in emergency rescue. In these teams, the effective coordination between the agents is the key to the rescue performance, especially the agents hold different cooperative willingness. The paper employed adaptive play to develop dynamic coordination game models for robot-robot, human-human, and human-robot interactions, in which we assumed robots were rational while humans varied on their cooperative willingness. The games’ long-term dynamics were investigated through a series simulation experiments. The results indicated that: robot-robot interactions could achieve long-term coordination conventions fairly quick; in human-human interactions, the long-term trends showed a negative correlation between the efficiency of coordination and human agents’ idiosyncratic payoffs under the condition of invariable coordination payoffs; and in human-robot interactions, robots’ adaptive mechanisms of strategy selection would gain more overall payoffs than optimal social mechanisms.
