We present a fully fiber-coupled THz TDS system with a record emitted THz power of 0.97 mW at 55 mW optical excitation power at the photoconductive emitter. The TDS system utilizes an erbium-doped fiber laser with separate amplifiers for both output arms in combination with rhodium-doped InGaAs-based THz antennas as emitter and receiver. For 1000 averages, a bandwidth of 6.5 THz and a peak dynamic range of 101 dB is achieved.
