We present a genome assembly from a female specimen of Paraperithous gnathaulax (ichneumonid wasp; Arthropoda; Insecta; Hymenoptera; Ichneumonidae). The genome sequence has a total length of 500.93 megabases. Most of the assembly (99.89%) is scaffolded into 15 chromosomal pseudomolecules. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled, with a length of 31.02 kilobases.
