This study explores the concept of sustainable development in the workplace, with a focus on its sustainable products, benefits, challenges, and best practices. A review of existing literature reveals that sustainable development practices can have numerous benefits, including improved employee well-being, reduced environmental impact, and improved organizational performance. However, implementing sustainable development practices can also pose challenges, such as lack of leadership commitment and limited resources. This study identifies best practices for implementing sustainable development in the workplace, including leadership commitment, employee engagement, and stakeholder involvement.
