To overcome the tendency of traditional system spare parts satisfaction models to fall into extreme defects, an improved model for optimizing spare parts allocation under system spare parts satisfaction constraints has been established. By applying the concept of hierarchical optimization, an improved hierarchical marginal optimization algorithm is proposed to enhance the optimization efficiency of the algorithm. The optimization steps of this algorithm are provided, and its theoretical optimization efficiency is analyzed. Through the analysis of case study results, the correctness and rationality of the constructed model are proven.
