An approach to fuzzy midsets

The literature on midsets shows that their characteristics depend on the space where it is defined and the focal sets. In this paper, we assume the focal sets are fuzzy sets of ℝ2 with certain characteristics in the core and define the fuzzy midset as a collection of fuzzy points.
