This study presents a novel framework for prioritizing digital requirements in the automotive industry, with a specific focus on SEAT S.A.’s Digital Business department. Addressing the challenge of managing multiple digital projects under economic and workforce constraints, the proposed approach adopts a data-driven methodology based on the Weighted Ordered Weighted Average (WOWA) operator. By aggregating diverse input criteria into a single ordinal score, the framework enables objective prioritization of digital initiatives according to their potential business impact. Its effectiveness is demonstrated through a real-world case study at SEAT S.A., where the framework provides a structured and transparent basis for decision-making. Monte Carlo simulation results confirm the robustness of the model, showing strong agreement between predicted and actual prioritizations.
