As of July 21, 2024, the planned work progress was recorded at 46.60%, while the realized work progress was only 39.16%, resulting in a negative deviation of -7.44%. This deviation indicates a delay in the execution of work. To reduce and avoid increasing negative deviations, it is necessary to analyze the performance of the project using the earned value method that focuses on cost and time. This method analyzes three main indicators, namely BCWS (Budgeted Cost of Work Scheduled), BCWP (Budgeted Cost of Work Performance), and ACWP (Actual Cost of Work Performance). In addition, project performance calculations are also carried out by calculating the Schedule Performance Index (SPI), which is then used to estimate the remaining time (Estimate Temporary Schedule / ETS), estimate the total project time (Estimate at Schedule / EAS), estimate the unfinished costs (ETC), and estimate the total project completion cost (Estimated at Completion/EAC). From the calculation of the performance analysis calculation, a Schedule Performance Index (SPI) value of 0.93 was obtained and from the calculation of the estimated time it was obtained that the project needed an additional time of 131 days from the initial plan schedule. As for the estimated cost, it is needed IDR 1,805,072,033,970.52 to be able to complete the project and the estimated final total cost of the project is IDR 3,884,915,558,232.80.
