This study explores the impact of the Little Red Schoolhouse Project on the educational, environmental, and social development of rural communities in the Philippines. It assesses how the initiative has enhanced access to education, promoted environmental awareness, and strengthened community relationships. Anchored in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) theory particularly Carroll’s CSR Pyramid wherein the research investigates how the project addresses economic, legal, ethical, and philanthropic responsibilities. Employing a qualitative case study method, data were gathered through surveys, interviews, and focus group discussions with project beneficiaries. Results indicate a notable improvement in educational outcomes, with increased school attendance and better student performance. Environmental activities, such as Brigada Eskwela and herbal planting seminars, have fostered greater community involvement in sustainable practices. Moreover, the project has helped build stronger social bonds, creating a more nurturing and supportive environment for learners.The findings highlight the project's potential as a model for replicating CSR initiatives in underserved communities. The study emphasizes the importance of continuous community engagement and capacity-building to ensure long-term success. By offering a comprehensive analysis of a CSR-based educational program, this research illustrates the vital role of corporate participation in bridging educational gaps and promoting inclusive community development.
