Simple Summary This study examined the impact of vegetable leaf fermented concentrate (VFC) on sheep. Fifty-four 6-month-old Oula rams were divided into three groups: CON (basal diet), CFC (30% commercial fermented concentrate), and VFC (30% VFC). Results showed VFC better enhanced growth performance, antioxidant capacity, immunity, intestinal morphology, and rumen microbial diversity than CFC, while also addressing vegetable waste disposal issues.
