This article uses a scoping review to assess gender health equity within urban planning research. Our findings suggest that progress is being made in research on violence against women in public spaces and infrastructural deficits related to women's unpaid care work. However, further research is needed to address more diverse forms of gender violence, gender identity, and gender health inequities. Based on these findings, this article outlines an expanded research agenda with the hope of furthering the field's potential to plan for gender health equity, as well as to address other societal issues by incorporating a gender health equity lens.
