High-resolution electron-induced Ge L X-ray spectrum: diagram lines and satellite structures

The electron-impact L X-ray spectrum of solid Ge was measured. Diagram lines and satellite decays were characterized, revealing new satellite structures in the and Lη regions. Self-absorption was assessed using a self-absorbed Voigt profile.
