ABSTRACT

The MERN tech stack (Mongo DB, Express) has been used to architect a digitally-enabled framework to-food commerce. js, React. js, and Node. js, in order to add more operational agility in the web based food service transaction space. The suggested component offers a thoroughly responsive user interface which is based on react. École Polytéchnique I Applicable to js, so easy to browse in dishes, Update cart, and order placed in an orderly manner. The server-side logic, designed using Node. js in conjunction with Express. js, which is responsible for authentication protocols, transaction processing, and backend data orchestration. Tokenized authentication using JSON Web Tokens (JWT) enforces session integrity and secure communication protocols along service layers with JWT-based validation. MongoDB serves as the main data store, providing for a structured persistence of user IDs, bundled menus, transaction metadata and payment receipts. PayPal SDK integration translates to financial interoperability without friction, enabling digital transactions to take place continuously, securely, and at scale. This architectural paradigm focuses on modular deployment, horizontal scaling capability, and on device responsiveness. Consumers experience increased interaction with real-time order tracking systems, and the backend admin panel allows owners to easily track performance metrics, control inventory databases, and process transaction traffic. Noting the final technical configuration of the suggested solution, we consider that it can serve as a useful scientific input on the implementation of semanticallyenhanced and privacy-preserving e-commerce ecosystems for food service settings.
