Discussion of “On the Birnbaum Argument for the Strong Likelihood Principle”

In this discussion we demonstrate that fiducial distributions provide a natural example of an inference paradigm that does not obey Strong Likelihood Principle while still satisfying theWeak Conditionality Principle.
