Vulvar cancer (VC) is rare with an estimated incidence of 6,190 cases and 1,200 projected deaths in 2018 in the United States. Malignant neoplasms of the vulva include squamous cell carcinoma in situ (SCCIS), invasive squamous cell carcinoma, verrucous carcinoma, basosquamous carcinoma, basal cell carcinoma (BCC),melanoma, dermatofibrosarcomaprotuberans (DFSP), and adenocarcinoma of the vulva, including Paget disease (PD).
