ABSTRACT

This paper focuses on several factors on the effect of fermented feed from seaweed waste. The fermentation process is optimized through nutritional analysis. The study which compared the crude protein and the crude fiber resulted to an increase by 34.56% and decreased by 10.72%, respectively in seaweed feed. The findings of this study suggest that the best feed could be fermented from seaweed waste while adding 1% of microbial agents and 0.5% of corn powder, fermenting for 15 days.   Key words: Seaweed waste, fermentation, feed.
