As the title suggests it is primarily about research but it has a much wider application and would be useful to people involved in planning and implementing services as well as those engaged in research. The reason for this is that the authors raise and address questions that are crucial to the way in which disabled and non-disabled people relate to each other. In particular the authors suggest that inclusive research will become stagnant if we do not move away from the automatic and uncritical use of people with learning disabilities as researchers in the
