Dabei tritt das komplexe soziotechnische Gemenge zutage, auf dem Koordination und Organisation beruhen. Es geht um Hardware, ebenso wie Software, um mechanische und elektronische Medien, um Papiere, Drucker, Akten, Interfaces und Tastaturen, aber auch um die jahrzehntelang eingespielten Routinen und das
