Para ello, es necesario estimular la innovacion en el tejido empresarial espanol, en donde las empresas familiares tienen un destacable lugar. Este libro se centra en aportaciones cientificas que permitan comprender la situacion actual de la empresa familiar espanola, las causas que han llevado a ella y su posible evolucion a medio y largo plazo. Tambien intenta proporcionar estrategias y pautas que permitan superar la situacion actual de crisis desde distintas y diversas perspectivas. Las aportaciones proporcionan una vision, tanto global como especifica, de diversas areas de la empresa sobre como las empresas familiares espanolas podrian seguir o llegar a ser mas
