• Thymocytes harvested from enhanced recipients 6 days after grafting prolonged survival of test heart grafts in unmodified LEW hosts to a median survival time of 17 ± 3 days.
• Splenocyte fractions from enhanced recipients also prolonged test graft survival, with nylon wool-adherent cells extending survival to 12 ± 4 days and nonadherent cells to 14 ± 4 days.
