This research was carried out in one of the private orchards in the Al-Midihatiah District, Babylon Governorate. An experiment was conducted on two different cultivars of European grapes Khalili and Halwani to study the influence of NPK fertilizer, nano-selenium and silicon oxide and their effect on some chemical contents (nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, phenols and flavones). Factorial experiment was done according to the Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) (6×3×2). It included two different cultivars (Khalili and Halwani) and three levels of NPK fertilizer (0, 1.5, 3 mL L−1) and six levels of Se and SiO2 and their interactions [C1: 0 Se and 0 SiO2, C2: 15 Se, C3: 30 Se, C4: 50 SiO2, C5: 100 SiO2, C6: 30 Se+100 SiO2 g L−1]. Results showed a significant effect of triple interference on the percentage of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium where the highest value of the Khalili cultivar was reached when using NPK3 and 50 silicon, compared to the lowest value when treating NPK0 and 15 selenium for the Khalili cultivar. There was a significant effect in the characteristics of the contents of the leaves of phenols and flavones where the highest values were observed when using the concentration NPK3 g L−1 and 30 selenium + 100 silicon for the Khalili cultivar.
