Bacterial diseases pose significant threats to crop production. Natural products offer promising alternatives due to their structural diversity, low toxicity, and reduced resistance potential for controlling plant bacterial diseases. Xanthomonas campestris pv. campestris (Xcc) is the causal agent of black rot disease in cruciferous vegetables, yet effective natural products for managing black rot have not been thoroughly explored.
