GESTALT: a workbench for automatic integration and visualization of large-scale genomic sequence analyses

SUMMARY The GESTALT Workbench is a WWW-based tool for genomic sequence analysis, comparison and annotation, with strong emphasis on visualization. GESTALT integrates graphically the output of diverse sequence analysis algorithms producing an information-rich, interactive genomic map.
