: Regional odontodysplasia (ROD) is an alteration in the development of dental structures that presents a rare prevalence and unknown etiology. This difficult to unify information on the condition and makes it difficult to establish a standard of care for affected patients. The aim of this study was to report the progress of a clinical case of ROD and to discuss the importance of individualized planning and multidisciplinary treatment, comparing the case in question with the therapeutic approaches of similar cases. A search was made for the subject in the main databases, with a time frame of the last five years, and a comparative table of clinical cases was constructed. Seven similar cases were selected and arranged in the table, organized into six categories. The study concludes that despite the form of treatment implemented, therapeutic planning and a multidisciplinary approach optimize satisfactory treatment results.
