The F-box protein COI1 functions upstream of MYB305 to regulate primary carbohydrate metabolism in tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum L. cv. TN90)

Summary NtCOI1, a tobacco orthologue of the Arabidopsis jasmonate co-receptor COI1, was shown to regulate primary carbohydrate metabolism in both reproductive and vegetative organs of Nicotiana tabacum L. cv. TN90.
